    Job Location: This position will be located at 930 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109.

    The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.

    • Evaluate the programs' performance against the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) benchmarks, provide professional development to providers and program staff, and work to improve both the quality of care and the efficiency of service delivery to program-eligible women.
    • Monitor contract subrecipients to ensure compliance with service delivery and contract deliverables through the use of risk matrixes, financial monitoring, and quality assurance site visits either in-person or virtually.
    • Assist with preparation of program materials such as training materials, provider manuals, and newsletters for Office of Public Information (OPI) review.
    • Prepare and conduct in-person and virtual educational sessions to providers and program staff to ensure program performance measures are met.
    • Receive monthly Regional Program Coordinator (RPC) monthly reports and compile data from individual reports into a comprehensive report to allow for data interpretation.
    • Monitor SMHW webpage for accuracy and request changes/updates as needed.
    • Participate in program-specific functions such as minimum data element (MDE) analysis and correction, functionality testing of claims submission system with new grant year forms, provide technical assistance and guidance to providers and staff, and participate in community coalition and/or wellness events as requested.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Missouri required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
    • Two or more years of experience in chart auditing, compliance or regulatory monitoring, performance improvement, risk management, and/or case management or utilization review.
    • Experience in women's health, oncology, public health, community outreach, and/or health education preferred.
    • Knowledge and ability to provide technical assistance and professional trainings on evidence-based preventative health screening guidelines, clinical practice, claims billing, and federal and state laws regarding the Show Me Healthy Women and/or WISEWOMAN program(s).

    • Demonstrated experience working with various partners, including local public health agencies, hospital systems, federally qualified health centers, and community based action agencies.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to read and analyze clinical data, trends, and metrics; attention to detail; ability to educate staff and lead quality initiatives; strong understanding of adult learning principles and competency validation; strong presentation and facilitation skills.
    • Experience using technology and various computer programs (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and video-conferencing such as WebEx or Microsoft Teams) to coordinate activities and assist providers with program requirements.
