The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
- Assist in the planning, promotion, and implementation of the Preventive Services Program (PSP), a school based oral health program, and other programs for the Office of Dental Health (ODH).
- Function as part of the ODH team to assist programs with day to day operations, including ordering supplies, processing invoices, contract monitoring, and collecting, tracking, and reviewing data for quality using excel.
- Respond to partner and public questions about oral health.
- Promote office programs at events and meetings, and in written communications.
- Assist in the design and development of forms and educational materials.
- Assist in monitoring ODH contracts and providing technical assistance to contractors on contract-related questions.
- Assist with advancement of ODH strategic goals and initiatives through participation in staff meetings, committees, and other events as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (Substations may be allowed)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- High level of communication skills.
- Ability to work on projects independently and show initiative within a team environment.
