Job Description
The Family Support Division (FSD) is seeking applications for an Associate Research/Data Analyst position within the Data Analytics Unit. The base location for this position will be dependent on the applicant selected and office capacity.

This position is responsible for the maintenance of FSD-IM related data sources that drive data based decision making for the agency. Sources of data will include FAMIS, MEDES, Genesys, SharePoint, Current Tasking, and others as needed. Primary duties include:- Daily management of data files, data validation to ensure accuracy of information, and troubleshooting data issues which include coordination with systems teams throughout FSD and our partner agencies.
- This position will primarily use Tableau, Tableau Prep, and Excel for day to day operations and training will be provided for each of these systems.
- Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience and/or appropriate certification. (Substitutions may be allowed.)

Individual(s) selected for this position may receive a higher rate based on a pay differential (e.g. shift, or time-of-service pay).
