What you’ll do: - Develop and monitor patient treatment and adjust it as needed.
- Provide individual and group therapy and competency education services for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, neurocognitive and intellectual deficits, as well as personality components.
- Act as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct psychological testing to answer referral questions as needed.
- Provide supervision to psychology trainees.
- Optional opportunity to participate in court-ordered evaluations and work toward becoming a Certified Forensic Examiner.
Minimum Qualifications:● No disciplinary action in the previous 12 months
(Internal candidates only).● Doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or forensic psychology.
• Currently a licensed psychologist for the state of Missouri or license eligible.
Preferred Qualifications:● Previous experience with severe and persistent mental illness, neurocognitive disorders, and intellectual disabilities.
• ● Previous experience in competency restoration treatment.
