The County is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Officer who possesses the leadership, resolve, and flexibility to function effectively within a dynamic and client-centered organization. Reporting to the Director of ABS, the ideal candidate will develop collaborative relationships within the organization and with the Office of Human Resources (OHR), Office of Labor Relations, Payroll, and MC Time. As an HR partner, the candidate will be positioned to provide expertise and analysis in employee management and performance, HR operations, and program development and implementation. Additionally, this position has a responsibility for fostering a positive labor relations environment based on mutual trust, respect, and cooperation. Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in human resources management with experience in multiple disciplines, including Talent Acquisition and Management, Classification and Compensation, Performance Management, Employee and Labor Relations, and/or HR Compliance in a fast-paced environment; and graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in human resource management, business or public administration, or related field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted).
