Burbank Water and Power (BWP) is a community owned utility serving the citizens of Burbank, CA.  For over 100 years, BWP has provided reliable, affordable and sustainable water and electric services to the community. 

Job Description

As a Customer Service Supervisor at BWP, youll have the ability to make a positive impact on peoples lives by planning for the future; implementing changes to streamline operations; and meeting customers’ needs by providing timely, accurate responses with professionalism and respect.

Job Requirements

Requires an AA degree in business, public administration, accounting or a related field plus four years recent experience in a customer service role which was responsible for handling and accounting for considerable sums of money and at least one year of supervisory experience. Qualifying applicants will also be able to type 45 WPM.
