HVAC/R Instructor Lincoln Technical Institute: East Windsor

Do you have expertise in the HVAC industry?

If you would like to teach your skills to others, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our growing campus in East Windsor has a full or part time day & evening instructor positions available Monday – Thursday.

No prior teaching experience required, just your expertise in the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning and Refrigeration trades. All necessary training and materials will be provided for you by Lincoln Tech.


**$2,000 sign on bonus upon meeting the criteria and payable under the terms of the New Employee Sign-on Bonus Agreement.** 


Job Requirements

  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Desire to teach your trade to others
  • 3+ years  verifiable field experience
  • Connecticut HVAC License and EPA 608 Certification 
  • Emerging Green Technology and OSHA 30  experience a plus
