Job Description
The City Manager is seeking an Assistant City Manager who is deeply committed to developing people and cultivating a culture of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be well versed in City operations, including finance and land use.

Job Requirements
Requires the equivalent of a BA and eight years of progressively responsible administrative or staff experience in municipal government, including three years of management experience.
The annual salary range for this at-will position is $227,099 - $276,040, depending on qualifications and experience. The City offers an outstanding benefits package that includes fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee with significant contributions towards family premiums, and a generous paid leave program.
