    Finance Director

    City of Vallejo, California

    Vallejo seeks a dynamic Finance Director to lead with strategic insight, operational excellence, and a commitment to public service. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, process-driven leader who communicates clearly with staff, the City Council, and the community, anticipates financial challenges, maximizes resources, and mentors emerging leaders. California public-sector experience is preferred, though highly capable candidates from other regions will be considered. This is a rare opportunity to strengthen Vallejo’s financial foundation and help shape its resilient future.

    The salary range for this outstanding opportunity is $179,950.37 - $218,730.93. Placement within this range is dependent upon qualifications.
