THIS IS A TEMP/SEASONAL POSITION
Starting Salary: $19.00
Job Description:
Operate articulating end dump trucks (off road only) to transport muck and soil materials from excavation zones to designated disposal or drying areas within the Orlando Wetlands site. The position requires careful operation on unpaved and uneven terrain.
Minimum Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year of experience operating end dump or hauling equipment
- Valid Driver's License (CDL is not required due to operating not on roadways)
- Familiarity with safe loading, hauling, and dumping practices
- Ability to perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Experience operating on soft or off-road conditions preferred
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow direction from site supervisors
- Willingness to work extended or irregular hours as needed

THIS IS A PART_TIME_POSITION WITH NO GUARANTEE OF A CERTAIN NUMBER OF HOURS AND NO BENEFITS. THIS POSITION INVOLVES WORKING ON A TEMP/SEASONAL CONTRACT WHICH CAN BE RENEWED ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEED.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating end dump or hauling equipment
