DescriptionThis position involves responsible administrative support within the Opioid Treatment Program and Medical Services Division.  
HIRING HOURLY RANGE $17.26 - $18.32   This position may be designated to report to work during hazardous weather or emergency conditions.Continuation of employment in this position is contingent upon availability of funding from service, program and agency earnings.  
OPEN UNTIL FILLED - APPLICATION REVIEW BEGINS IMMEDIATELYDuties and Responsibilities•Answering and directing incoming calls
•Completing reports, minutes and correspondence
•Maintaining records necessary for the dispensing of controlled substances
•Payroll processing
•Cashiering Duties
•Purchasing supplies for clinic and drug screen lab 
Minimum QualificationsPosition requires high school diploma (or GED) with two to four years or more of related work experience.  Associates Degree preferred.  Ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.  
•Excellent customer service skills required.  
•Cashiering experience highly desired.
