Job Description:IT Application Analyst
Purpose:This position uses advanced skills and a broad knowledge of business functions and information technology (IT) to develop, implement, configure and support software systems.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned.
- Develops, implements, and configures technological solutions.
- Assists in administering, monitoring, and maintaining one or more IT systems.
- Provides support in response to issues to resolve specific technical problems or make changes to systems.
- Prepares and maintains documentation related to the development and maintenance of systems.
- Performs bug tracking and quality assurance tasks.
- Participates in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Develops and/or delivers training.
- Creates and prepares reports.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

Minimum Qualifications:- Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in a field related to the job.
- Experience may substitute for education up to four (4) years.
Preferred qualifications - Experience with Document and Case Management systems.
- Experience with the Gov QA and Granicus system.
