Job Summary Starting Salary: $41.45 - $52.85
Performs administrative and supervisory work, overseeing water infrastructure and hydraulic modeling projects for the Public Works Department. An incumbent assigned to this classification managestechnical professional staff while driving the design, analysis, and implementation of complex water and wastewater systems. Work is performed under the general direction of the Wastewater Division Manager, and performance is reviewed through conferences and results obtained.
Minimum Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; three (3) years of project management experience in wastewater hydraulic modeling, computer hydraulic modeling of utility networks, civil engineering, land development, linear utility design, municipal lift station design, or utility construction experience, including one (1) year of responsible supervisor experience required ; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Two (2) years of experience with hydraulic modeling software such as Info Sewer and Info SWMM is required. Hydraulic Model Training and Certification is required. Valid Florida Driver’s License is required.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
