    Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to construction (i.e., engineering, architecture, construction)
    • 2 years of Construction or Project Management related experience.


    Preferred Education & Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in a field related to construction (i.e., engineering, architecture, construction)

    3 years of Construction or Project Management related experience including five (5) years of experience in construction with emphasis on complex, fast-track, or phased project delivery.

    Licensures and Certifications

    None

    ADA Compliance:

    Physical Ability: Tasks involve the regular and sustained performance of moderately physically demanding work, typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, and that may involve the lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20-50 pounds); may occasionally involve heavier objects and materials (up to 100 pounds).

    Sensory Requirements: Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors, sounds, odor, depth, texture, and visual cues or signals. Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally.

    Environmental Factors: Tasks may require exposure to such environmental conditions as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, fumes, temperature and noise extremes, machinery, vibrations, electric currents, traffic hazards, toxic agents, violence, disease, or pathogens.
