Job Description and Duties Will Consider Staff Services Analyst Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager 1 in the Division of Local Assistance (DLA), Office of Project Development, Management & Delivery (OPMD), the Associate Governmental Program performs the more complex tasks involved the administration of state and federal program and projects. The Position: The Permit Technician is an entry level classification in the Permit Technician series.
