Technical Support: • Assisting TA team and campus partners with enhancement to the applicant tracking system • Collaborating with ITS and CO superusers with CHRS/recruiting related items, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions to the recruiting workflow • Configuring applicant tracking system process improvements and CHRS updates • Recommending Talent Acquisition process improvements that maximize efficiencies utilizing key indicator reports. • Campus Configuration Administrator (CCA) for CSU Recruit.
