Job Summary The City of Greenville has an opportunity for a Planner II (Historic Preservation) in our Planning and Development Services Department. This position will provide advanced technical assistance and analysis related to City planning initiatives, land development applications, and zoning enforcement. Under the supervision of the Recreation and Park Superintendent, this position provides leadership for the overall buildings maintenance program, custodial services, special event support services and landscaping at select parks in the Park Services Division of the Recreation and Parks Department. Special Requirements Valid N.C. Driver's License Valid N.C. Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), required within twelve months of hire. This position requires the ability to lift and/or carry 50 pounds frequently and up 100 pounds occasionally.
